Rep. Adam Gray Launches Re-Election Campaign in California’s 13th Congressional District
MERCED, CA – Congressman Adam Gray announced today that he is running for re-election in California’s 13th Congressional District, emphasizing his record of delivering bipartisan results and his commitment to being an independent voice for the Central Valley.
“I’ll always put the Central Valley first. That’s not an empty promise: it’s how I’ve approached every decision I’ve made in Congress. From day one, my focus has been on delivering real results back home. I’m running for re-election because the Valley deserves to be represented by someone who knows our community, stands up to partisan extremists on both sides, and is focused on solving the issues our communities face.”
Gray added, “I’m proud of my record. The Valley doesn’t need more politicians trying to score partisan points in Washington. We need results. I’ve proven I’ll work with anyone, Democrat or Republican, if it means lowering costs, strengthening our farms and small businesses, and making life better for Valley families. That’s exactly what I’ll keep doing.”
Gray has a strong record of delivering results for local communities across the Central Valley, including:
Working to lower food prices by limiting costly tariffs that drive up costs for families and hurt Valley farmers.
Securing $16 Million in federal investments for flood protection, water treatment, and critical road and infrastructure repairs across the Valley.
Passing the bipartisan Farm Bill to strengthen agricultural communities and ensure farmers can continue feeding families across the country.
Working to expand health care access for veterans and rural communities.
Protecting food benefits that help the most vulnerable Valley families put food on the table.
Working to improve water access by cutting unnecessary red tape and securing support for new water infrastructure.
