MERCED, CA – Today, Congressman Adam Gray announced receiving the endorsement of the California Farm Bureau in his re-election campaign for California’s 13th Congressional District. The California Farm Bureau is the state’s leading voice in the agricultural sector and a champion for farmers and ranchers across the Central Valley.

The California Farm Bureau’s President, Shannon Douglass, said, “No one works harder to deliver for Central Valley families than Adam Gray. Gray has been a leading voice for agricultural workers in Congress. He recently was one of seven Democrats to advance the bipartisan “Farm Bill” (The Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026) through the House Agriculture Committee. He has been working to ensure fair market value of livestock for ranchers, cut red tape around access to water, push back against reckless tariffs that hurt agricultural trade partners, and authorize new projects to expand water infrastructure across the Central Valley. 

Gray also reintroduced the DIGNITY Act, a comprehensive immigration reform bill that provides a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers, grants targeted protection to specific undocumented immigrants already living in the U.S., invests in border security infrastructure, mandates accountability from ICE, and overhauls our visa and asylum systems to relieve the backlog.
